Increase intake of Beans, Carrot, Peanut, Mango, Cucumber, and Sunflower Seeds.

• Eat fresh Fruits. Face packs that are made with Fruits (such as Bananas, Peaches, and Papayas) in combination with oils (such as Almond Oil) or Tea Tree oil are very good in reducing the dryness of the Skin. Some people also prefer to add Milk or curd in the face packs for an added glow and softness.

• Follow a good diet rich with fresh Fruits and Vegetables to keep Skin Healthy and moisturised, and also take away all the harmful toxins from the body to keep it internally clean and well functioning (also lead to an outer glow and a smooth and supple Skin).

• Prepare a paste by mixing Avocado, one Banana and half Papaya. Apply the paste on your face, neck and other dry Skin area and let it dry for 15 minutes then using warm Water wash your face. Its very useful in treating dry Skin and clear scars.

• Prepare a paste using 1 teaspoon Egg yolk, 1-2 teaspoons Milk powder, and 1 teaspoon Raw Honey. Apply the paste on face, neck and other dry Skin area and let it dry for 10-15 minutes, then wash your face using cold Water. Its very effective homemade recipe for dry Skin.

• Prepare a mixture by adding 3-4 tablespoons of fuller earth with 8-10 Mint leaves. Freeze the pack overnight. Keep outside for 10-15 minutes and then apply it on your face. After 10-15 minutes, wash off and pat dry. It has good results in treating dry Skin.

• Regular oiling of the Skin is important. Oils such as Coconut Oil or Almond Oil serve as good replenishing agents for the body’s lost moisture, and also help to fight against any kind of Allergies or possible Skin irritations.

1) To exfoliate, a simple scrub can be prepared at home by crushing some Almonds and mixing them with a little amount of Almond Oil (or Rose Water). • Rub thin slices of Water Melon on the face, or its juice on the face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes. It will make you cool and fresh.

• Take a teaspoon of Cucumber juice, a few drops of Lime juice and little Turmeric powder and apply the liquid on the face, neck and other parts for half an hour. It makes dark and dull Skin fair.

• Take a teaspoon of Cucumber juice, a tsp of Milk and 1/4 tsp of Lime juice, mix it and apply on the face for 15 minutes. It will open all pores on the Skin which is necessary for cleanliness.

• Remove the Skin of a Pear and mash it. Take white portion of an egg and beat it, mix them. Now apply the liquid on the face. wash the face with fresh Water after 20-30 minutes.

Boil the Skin of an Orange in Water and use it like a Skin tonic. Cut its Skin into small pieces and rub them on arms and neck. Grind two wet Almonds, add 2 tsp of Milk, 1 tsp of Carrot and Orange Juice and apply the thick paste on neck and face. wash the face with fresh Water after ? hour. The blemishes will vanish and the Skin will become soft and smooth.

• Take a tsp of mashed Papaya and apply it on face and neck for 15 minutes. It makes the Skin soft, smooth and fair and helps in pimples too.

• Application of Coconut Water on the Skin cleanses it and makes it fair.

• Take a tsp of Apple juice and 1/4 tsp of Lime juice and apply it on the face.
